Wiley Rein is seeking an OnRamp Fellow to join the tax group of their Washington, DC office with at least three years of experience with tax aspects of corporate and partnership transactions, including taxable and tax-free equity and asset transactions. The ideal candidate will also have experience with tax-exempt entities, partnership taxation, transactional (M&A) tax, and tax controversies.
